Why Chile?

Hi. Chile is an open and modern society with little state control situated along the coast of South America. It is one of the most developed countries in South America with a growing expat community and is surprisingly cheap and easy to move to. In fact, if you buy land you are automatically granted permanent residency, which can also be obtained through a simple application process. Furthermore, land is cheap and jobs for English speakers are plentiful. So please consider Chile when looking for a home abroad. You won't be disappointed.

Well if you're looking to buy land this eco project's price plan might give you an idea:

Freedom Orchard

½ hectare or 1.24 acres “standard” lot = $95,000
1 hectare or 2.47 acres (part steep) = $125,000
1½ hectare or 3.70 acres (part steep) = $145,000
2 hectare or 4.94 acres (sub-dividable, some hillside) = $275,000
½ hectare or 1.24 acres (golf course) = $140,000
½ hectare or 1.24 acres (lakeside) = $190,000
