Hello Southerncomfort,
You've stumbled on a very interesting forum where nothing is taboo to communicate. In it's way this forum serves to inform in areas where ignorance existed. Another user here wrote that she would never talk to her parents about some of the topics here, but she felt comfortable opening up on this forum. Which brings me to point out that males and females post here, where on other forums it tends to be one or the other.
My suggestion, relax and read, then post where you feel comfortable about getting into the conversation.
