The USCIS is about to make a major increase in their fees as of July 30th, 2007.

Fiancée Visa - K-1: Old Price $170 - New Price $455

Spousal Visa - K-3: Old Price $360 - New Price $355

Adjustment of Status - I-485: Old Price $395 - New Price $1,010
